The ACAPS Ukraine Severity Model is a publicly available, reproducible model for assessing the crisis severity in each Ukrainian oblast per month. Input data in the model comes from numerous publicly available sources, which differ in terms of time and space granularity, scale, representativeness, and update frequency. The data is available in the ACAPS Ukraine Master Dataset, itself a consolidated collection of publicly available sources, and the ACAPS Ukraine Subnational Access Score.
